AudioAntiquities.com maintains this website as a service to its visitors. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise use this Web site. Failure to use this Web site in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to membership revocation or litigation.

1. All materials uploaded to this website must be from "Public Domain" sources. Please do not upload a reading or a performance of work that is copyright protected. There are many ways to get public domain works as source material for your recordings. On the Web, for example, Project Gutenberg offers thousands of full-text works of literature.

2. All audio files uploaded to AudioAntiquities.com "belong" to AudioAntiquities.com for so long as they are hosted on our server. This means that we may include your audio offerings as part of compilation CDs or promotional packages, etc. As a contributor, you are able to remove your files from our servers at any time, but if they reside on our servers while we are preparing said compilations, then they may be included in them. Contributors are not entitled to any royalties or reimbursement for such use of uploaded audio files.

3. This is a family-oriented website, and as such we require that contributor content be family-oriented. It is known that many great works of literature are a bit racy, and this is acceptable within bounds. As this is a matter of subjectivity, we expect you to try to comply with the spirit of this rule, and we reserve the right to "pull the plug" on material deemed offensive by visitors or management.
